Thanks to Latitude 47 and the Groundspeak Lackeys for the special honour. I’d also like to acknowledge Yowza-PA and firedog09us for their awesome contribution to the geocaching community. I have had a wonderful journey since I found my first geocache in the beautiful Flinders Ranges in South Australia, way back in 2002. Since then, I have visited some amazing places in my pursuit of geocaches, and met many people and made some fantastic friends in the geo-community. At this time, I’d like to rally our geofriends on the East coast of the United States and Canada to render whatever assistance they can after the terrible devastation of the Superstorm Sandy. Our thoughts are with our friends at this time. Clear skies, Astro/John.
