I met my husband (married 9-23-11) at my first geocaching event! He was hosting the event and when it was over he and a friend convinced “the newbies” (my mom and I) to move a travel bug with a rather large hitchiker. He paid for our dinner at the next event. We ended up going on some geocaching day trips and realized that we couldn’t possibly spend enough time together, so we got married.

My wife knows, if I’m no where to be found, I’m not in the arms of some strange woman, I’m just out hunting Tupperware somewhere, so it helps our marriage!
